He is survived by: his wife Marcia Jane Bair (Ruble); his children, John Bair II (Karen) and Debra Lee Bair; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Katherine Bair; and his siblings, Walter Bair, Donna Butler, Carol Solt, Susan Long and Shirll Kay Rinnger.
