With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Cetnar of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 24, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William I. Cetnar; her parents, Carl Howell and Naomi Howell (Kimmel); and her great grandchild Timothy. She is survived by: her children, Robin Cetnar (Joy) of Butler, PA, Lyle Cetnar (Marcy) of Kunkletown, Phillip Cetnar (Priscilla) of Bellefonte, PA and Lorna Rutcosky (Richard) of Lehighton; and her sister Marion Hilborn of Saylorsburg. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
