He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Samuel Manginell, Cosetta Manginell and Rodman Hall. He is survived by: his parents, Kim Hall and Louise Manginell of Milesburg; his siblings, Isaiah Hall (Katie Sharer) of Bellefonte and Cosetta O'Neil (Richard) of Bellefonte; and his nephews, Owen Foster, Hunter Shirk and Richard O'Neil.
