It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Darlene Shutt of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 18, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Packer, Sr. and Bernice L. Packer (Grubb). She is survived by: her husband William F. Shutt, Sr.; her children, William Shutt, Jr., Jason Allen Shutt, Christopher Michael Shutt and Kelly Ann Baranach; and her brothers, Terry Packer and Doyle Packer, Jr.. She is also survived by her five grandchildren.
