He is survived by: his parent Virginia Kaye Maddox (Fishburn); his daughter Megan Lynn Henry (Mitchell); his grandchildren, Hunter of Aaronsburg and Dakota Henry of Aaronsburg; his siblings, Jared Mitchell (Barb) of Clarence, Joel Mitchell of Bellefonte, Justin Maddox (Anne) of Bellefonte and Susan; and his stepmothers, Cindy Mitchell of Bellefonte and Linda Bair of Bellefonte.
He would always say that his greatest contribution to the world was his daughter, Megan.
