She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Smith and Elsie Smith (Ross). She is survived by: her husband James Snyder; her daughter Tina Snyder Klinger of Zion; her granddaughters, Zoie Klinger and Ashlee Kochk; and her great grandchildren, Bowen and Locklyn Kochk.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Janet's memory to Centre County PAWS, 1401 Trout Road, State College, PA 16801 or to Pets Come First, 2451 General Potter Highway, Centre Hall, PA 16828.
