He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Riley and Margaret Riley (Simms); his stepson Randall L. Horner; and his siblings, Richard, John, Charles Riley and Stella Marie McGredy.
He is survived by: his wife Jane E. Inhoof; his children, Joseph F. Riley (Becky Shope) of Bellefonte and Linda Sue Nelson of New Jersey; his stepchildren, John E. Horner of Bellefonte, Sally Ann Arnold (Fred Jr.) of Osceola Mills and Penny J. Horner of Bellefonte; and his sister Margaret Fausett of Kokomo, IN. He is also survived by six grandsons and one great grandson.
Following CDC recommendations, social distancing is encouraged, and face coverings will be required at all services.
