He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Neil Grey, Sr. and Virginia H. Grey (Koleno). He is survived by: his daughters, Erin Grey (James Miller) of Lancaster and Kerri Friend (Richard) of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Tyler and Kayla; and his brother Mark Grey.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Jim to a charity of the donor's choice.
