He was predeceased by: his mother Mary B. Witmer (Reed); his brothers, Oscar, John and Claude Witmer; and his brother-in-law Donald Davidson.
He is survived by: his father Oscar J.; his wife Sara R. Witmer (Strunk); his daughter Ruth Ann (Bruce Posner) of Dallas; and his granddaughter Olivia Sara Posner of New York. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Harry's memory to St. John's Episcopal Church, 120 W. Lamb Street, Bellefonte, PA 16823.
