We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2020, at the age of 70, Franklin Menna of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

“My thoughts and prayers are with Frank's family. As a formal brother in law, I enjoyed every moment spent with Frank in the 1980's and early 1990's. We had so much fun attending Penn State Football games, drinking Menna homemade wine and waiting to hear his signature laugh. Sometimes people touch your life in a special way and Frank certainly touched mine. A great guy and awesome brother in law, he will be missed. Roger Gates”
