He is survived by: his children, Frank Cingle (Marianne) of Moshannon, Annette Cingle (Scott McDowell) of Chilmark, MA, Sharon Cingle (Michael Schrodder) of Chatsworth, CA and Carrie Tamayo (Sal) of Las Vegas; and his siblings, Edward Cingle of Altoona, Andrew Cingle (Delores) of Clarence, Margaret Delia of New Paltz, NY, Jane Cresson (John) of North Babalyon, NY and Barbara White (Phil) of Bloomington, IN.. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren.
