With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florence Eloise (Breon) Hoover (Bellefonte, Pennsylvania), born in Milesburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 1, 2020 at the age of 101. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Andrew and Helen Irene Breon (Sliker); her husband Rufus N. Hoover; her sons, James K. Hoover and Norman L. Hoover; her daughter-in-law Shirley E. Hoover; her grandchildren, Gerald Allen Hoover and Lynda C. Elfstrom; and her brothers, L. Elwood Breon and Warren S. Breon.
She is survived by: her children, David Thomas, Rufus, S. Army and D. Thomas Hoover (Phyllis) of Pleasant Gap; her grandchildren, Michael A. Hoover (Debbie) of Flint, Charlene E. Rock (Michael) of Clarkston, Edward J. Hoover (Judy) of Lapeer, Larry D. Hoover (Mary) of Flint, Denise R. Thompson (Michael) of Florida, Dennis W. Hoover (Sonya) of Attica, Kimberly A. Wiltrout of Mount Pleasant, Jeffrey L. Hoover of Pleasant Gap, Timothy L. Hoover of Pleasant Gap and Kelly J. Gill (Jim Bob) of Mill Hall; and her daughter-in-law Phyllis E. Hoover. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren and 21 great-great-grandchildren.
