She was predeceased by: her parents, Miles Houser and Gertrude Houser; her former spouse Claude D. Johnstonbaugh; her spouse Budd W. Ishler; her siblings, Adalean Bilger, Verna Corman, Russell, Willis, Andrew, Morris and Earl Houser; her son-in-law Howard Grove, Sr.; her grandson-in-law Randy N. Greene; her great grandchild Brett Greene; and her close friend Kathleen Walker.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley L. Grove and Dennis E. Johnstonbaugh (Brenda); her stepson Larry Ishler (Kathy) of Erie; her grandchildren, Debra A. Greene, Howard Grove, Jr. (Lisa), Duane Grove (Jill), Denise J. Magill (Dennis), Cassie Cavell (George) and Tara Johnstonbaugh (Jeff Donoughe); her stepgrandchildren, Scott Paris of Maryland, Bryan Paris (Pamela) of Maryland, Kim Nicole Paris (Roberto) of Maryland, Matthew Ishler (Jennifer) and Kathy Ishler of Erie; her great grandchildren, Nathan Greene, Angela Clark (Jim), Sarah Reed (Jared), Brian Grove (Jennifer), Allen Grove, Justin Grove (Stephenie), Danielle Parsons (Tyler) and Dana Grove (Shane Hosterman); her stepgreat-grandson Wyatt Ishler; her great great grandchildren, Austin Greene (Tori Clouser), Colton, Kaden, Gavin, Raelynn Clark, Adalyn, Olivia Reed, Kirra, Mason Grove, Grayson, Nella, Willow Grove, Braydyn, Brooklyn Grove, Logan, Harper Parsons, Jack Hosterman, Mallory and Maxwell Fouse; and her brother Ralph Houser of Valley View.
