It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eris Sciabica (Bellefonte, Pennsylvania), born in State College, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 13, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry N. Winters and Sue M. Winters (Long); her husband Melio "Frankie" T. Sciabica; and her grandson Frank Sciabica, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Frank T. Sciabica (Karen Benner) of Zion and Gregory L. Sciabica (RoseMarie) of Bellefonte; her grandchildren, Lisa Hackney (Jerry), Sulane Sciabica, Belinda Geist (Robert) and Micah Sciabica; and her great grandchildren, Matthew Carpenter, Jared Carpenter, Hannah Hackney, Lindsey Hackney, Dustin Hackney, Lauren Sciabica, Carsson Alberts, Ashley Sciabica, Cole Geist, Ethan Geist, Hayden Geist and Selena Sciabica.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Catholic School at 116 E. Bishop Street, Bellefonte, PA 16823.
