Douglas Smith Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2020, at the age of 59, Douglas Smith of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Douglas Smith to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay A. Smith and Ethel L. Smith (Sunday). He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Smith (Hebrank); his children, Lindsey M. Houseknecht (Jonathan) of Montoursville, Alison D. Brown and Mitchell D. Smith of Bellefonte; his grandchildren, Jay Houseknecht, Jordan Houseknecht, Reese Brown and Luke Brown; and his siblings, Ronald J. Smith (Sheryl) of Milesburg, Thomas S. Smith (Martha) of Milesburg and Susan S. Lose (Curt) of Bellefonte. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Per the wishes of the family, face coverings are required to enter the building and must be worn at all times, and social distancing is encouraged for all services for Doug. Funeral service and burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
