He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Moyer and Nellie Moyer; his wife Jane Moyer (Johnstonbaugh); and his brothers, Gerald and Wayne Moyer.
He is survived by: his sons, Jack Moyer (Mary E. "Libby") of Lemont and Thomas Moyer of Bellefonte; his grandchildren, Christopher Moyer (Dawn-Marie), Andreina Caris (David), Brent Moyer, Clayton Moyer and Kyle Moyer (Christy); and his sister Sandra Wolfe. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Dorsey to the Greater Buffalo Run Valley United Methodist Church, 102 Trinity Court, Bellefonte, PA 16823, or to either of the following organizations that meant a great deal to Dorsey: Patton Township Lions Club, 1776 Halfmoon Valley Road, Port Matilda, PA 16870, or to Centre County Paws, 1401 Trout Road, State College, PA 16801.
