It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Shouey (Bellefonte, Pennsylvania), born in State College, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 26, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Shouey and Charlotte Shouey (Bloom). He is survived by: his wife Della Shouey (Waite); and his children, Harold, James, Donald Shouey Jr., Sally, Lynette and Shirley. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, two sisters, and two brothers.
