He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Biddle and Pearl A. Biddle; his wife Eleanor; his daughter Diane; and his siblings, Myer Musser, James Biddle, Harold Biddle, Geraldine Rhoads and Pauline Houck.
He is survived by: his daughter Karen Younce (Eldon) of Anthony, KS; his son-in-law Scott Williams of Bellefonte, PA; his sons, Kenneth of Lewistown, PA and John; his grandchildren, Nolan Younce, Colin Younce, Matthew Condon, Timothy Williams, Sara Buffington (Michael), Kenneth Biddle Jr. (Amy), Joseph Biddle and Wesley Biddle; and his sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Musser (Betty) and Connie Musser. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
