He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Franklin and Helen Moore (Remer); and his brothers, Charles Moore and Robert Moore. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Moore (Wolfe) of Bellefonte; his sons, Donald of Bellefonte, Michael (Peggy) of Pennsylvania Furnace and Charles (Carrie) of Ashburn, VA; his grandchildren, Rachel Heaton (Tim) of Mill Hall, Adam Moore (Shea) of Houtzdale, Rebecca Briesmoore of Rifle, Fabian Briesmoore of San Antonio, Colin and Caitlin Moore of Ashburn, VA; his great grandchildren, Chloe Zimmerman of Mill Hall and Jordan Moore of Houtzdale; and also Terry Moore of Omaha, Nebraska..
