It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane Williams (Bellefonte, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 9, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Donald R. Biddle and Eleanor Biddle (Musser); her pet Rosie; her husband Scott Williams; her sons, Matthew Condon of Reston, VA and Timothy Williams of Pittsburg, PA.; and her siblings, Karen Younce of Anthony, KS, Kenneth Biddle of Lewistown, PA and John Biddle of Warrior's Mark, PA..
