He was predeceased by: his father Edgar Eckley; his siblings, Edgar Eckley, Jr., Fred Eckley and Verna Kline (Eckley); his brother-in-law Donald Kline; and his daughter Lee Ann Eckley.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Eckley (Brooks); his children, Suzanne Taylor of Bellefonte, Jane Stine (Rick) of Howard and Dave Eckley (Heather) of State College; his grandchildren, Lucas Stine (Kate), Lacey Evans (Chelsea), Jordan Taylor and Alicia Eckley; his great grandchildren, Nohea, Meeka, Mylo Evans and Ellie Stine; and his brothers, Beverly Eckley and Jim McMullen (Sam Keller). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
