He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Hull and Mary Hull Confer (Bierly); and his stepsiblings, Michael B. Confer, Phillip Ray Confer and Lorie Confer.
He is survived by: his stepfather Phillip R. Confer; his siblings, John H. Hull (Deb) of Howard, Brian M. Hull (Kaye) of Bellefonte and Janice E. Hull of Bellefonte; and his stepsister Carol Reish of Pleasant Gap.
