He is survived by: his wife Linda Susan Hoffman (Phelps); his sons, Todd Hoffman of State College, Tom Hoffman (Stacy) of Parker and James Hoffman of Bellefonte; his grandson Caleb of Parker, Colorado; and his sisters, Judi Fey (Richard) of Hide and Janet Hignett (Will) of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by five nieces and 14 great-nieces and nephews.
