He is survived by: his wife Joy Lynn Anderson; his children, Jeffrey Daniel O'Neill of Bellefonte, PA, Ashley Lynn O'Neill of Pleasant Gap, PA and Kevin Thomas O'Neill of State College, PA.; and his brothers, Tim O'Neill (Mark) of Columbus, OH and Tom O'Neill (Ginny) of Ostrander, OH.
