It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Sumner of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 14, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald K. Sumner and Yvonne I. Sumner (Kinsman); and her brother David A. Sumner of Silver Spring, MD. She is survived by: her brother Stephen; her sisters-in-law, Lisa Sumner of Silver Spring, MD and Dalia Sumner of Rockville, MD; her nephews, Brian Sumner of Silver Spring, MD, Eric Sumner of Tel Aviv, Israel, Patrick Sumner (Jacklyn Trushcheff) of Madison, WI and Adam Sumner of Rockville, MD; her aunt Shirley Kinsman; and her cousins, Virginia Seely, Hart Seely, Nancy Riley, Tami Hogan, Lori Klopfer, Jodi Trevino, Pam Haseltine, Pat Weitz, Glen, Kim, Penny Kinsman and Peral Simonis.
Family and close friends will conduct a private burial service following strict COVID-19 precautions.
