It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Jeane Shope of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 7, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Roan and Lila Roan (Hockenberry); and her husband Kenneth E. Shope. She is survived by: her children, Catrina Clouser (Rick) of Runville, Shellie Selner (James) of Julian, Kenneth Shope, Jr. of Bellefonte and Debra Fisher of Howard; her grandchildren, Matthew Shope, Chelsea Clouser, Sarah Fisher and Nicholas Fisher; her great grandchildren, Carson, Brantley, Wyatt, Logan Shope, Sheydra Tywalk and Jade Flory; and her siblings, Nellie, Lavera, Laura, Mary, Rachel and Russ.
