We bid farewell to Carl E Hill of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 30, 2025 at the age of 84. Carl touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Carl leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Carl may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Hill and Mary Hill (Robbins); his wife Janet F. Nichols; and his grandson Shane. He is survived by: his sons, Wesley J. Hill (Jhonny Escalante) of San Diego, CA and Michael C. Hill (Kathleen) of Alum Bank, PA.; and his grandchildren, Kia Marie and Nicoletta. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mount Nittany United Methodist Church (1500 E Branch Rd, State College, PA 16801). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Carl's family ask that memorial contributions be made to the Centre Foundation, Janet and Carl Hill Family Fund in support of Milesburg, Mt. Nittany and Pleasant Gap United Methodist Churches; State College Choral Society; Nittany Valley Symphony and Nittany Highland Pipe Band.1377.
