He is survived by: his children, Cody Justin Fisher, Allissa Jabco, Zachary Jay Fisher and Ashley Royer Kim; and his siblings, Lisa Stem (Steven) of Milesburg, Roland Fisher (Joyce) of Bellefonte, Laura Beth Nelson (Jim) of Pleasant Gap and Jason Fisher (Lori) of Bellefonte.
