She was predeceased by: her parents, George Reeder and Sara Young (Kessling); her spouse Russell W. Ripka; her son Willis Ripka; and her siblings, Albert Young, Richard Young, Harry Young, Clair Young, Mae Weaver, Peggy Young and Patricia Young.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Ripka (Jami) of Moshannon, Thomas Ripka (Kathy) of Bellefonte, Todd Ripka (Tara) of Bellefonte, Linda Walker (Dale) of Runville, Karen Davis (Greg) of Bellefonte and Kathy Mills (Dan) of Port Matilda; her siblings, Ronald Young of Wingate, Lois Yakich of Bellefonte and Mary Shawley of Bellefonte; and her brother-in-law Edwin "Doc" Ripka of Bellefonte. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
