She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. Cohick and Lucille Cohick (McLelland); and her sister Carolyn. She is survived by: her husband Lester P. Lucas; her pet Lucie; her sons, Perry Lucas (Joyce), Larry Lucas (Amy) and Rich Lucas (Brenda); her grandchildren, Jacob Lucas, Silas Lucas (Casey), Ethan Lucas (Brianna), Marlena Hicks (Will), Julia Lucas (Tom Stroemel) and Max Lucas; her great grandchildren, Parker Lucas and Will Hicks V. Jane; her nephew Bob Jessop (Gerenda); and her niece Linda Frank (Robert).
