We are sad to announce that on June 8, 2024, at the age of 80, Bertha Steele of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, born in West Decatur, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer R. Steele and Helen R. Steele (Fleck); and her brothers, Homer R. Steele, Jr. and Charles R. Steele. She is survived by: her daughter Bonnie L. Steele of Roebling; her grandchildren, Jessica Weaver of Florida, Jennifer Keister (Mark) of Burlington and Josh Weaver of Hamilton; and her sisters, Marion E. Wilks (John) of Port Matilda and Jane A. Wilson (Jodie Wilson) of State College. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Bertha's memory to the charity of the donor's choice.
