He was predeceased by: his parents, Dellard Jaggers and Evelyn Richardson Jaggers; his wife Mary Ellen Gallagher; and his brother Carl Jaggers. He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Jaggers (Tammy) and Holly Fritchman (Tom); and his brother Donald Jaggers (Sharon). He is also survived by two grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
