He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Dorman and Hazel Dorman (Buchanan); his wife Cynthia D. Dorman (Gandy); and his siblings, Donald Buchanan, Virginia Fetters and Judy Shuey.
He is survived by: his children, Theresa Ann Fields (Dennis) of Warriors Mark, Faith M. Krout (Richard) of Millheim, James K. Dorman (Carmen) of Zion and Susan D. Dorman (Calvin L. Laughard) of Bellefonte; his grandchildren, Debra, James, Chelsea, Mickala, Isaac and Michael; and his siblings, Lee Dorman (Joann) of Pleasant Gap, Ed Dorman of Pleasant Gap and Mabel Probst of Beech Creek. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
