He was predeceased by: his parent Kenzie A.; and his siblings, Eugene Williams and Mary Williams Shope. He is survived by: his parent Margaret Summers Williams; his spouse Martha Parsons; his children, Dennis Allen Williams (Annette) of Tucson, AZ and Debra Williams Davis (Jerry) of Huntington, IN.; and his grandchildren, Renee Gutierrez, Jenelle Edwards, Jasmine Sullivan, Jesse Davis and Patrick Davis.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church, 539 Jacksonville Rd., Bellefonte, PA.
