He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sr. Rinkhoff and Christine Rinkhoff (Yoder); his brother Ronald "Ronnie" Rinkhoff; and his son William Allen "Billy" Rinkhoff, Jr.. He is survived by: his brother Edward "Eddie" Rinkhoff, Jr.; his former wife Ruth Rinkhoff (Stiller); his daughter Elizabeth (Rinkhoff) Wood (Allan); his grandchildren, Brownlee Wood and Calvin Wood; and his nephews, Grant Rinkhoff, Clint Rinkhoff (Tammy), Barry Rinkhoff (Nataly) and Bryce Rinkhoff (Sara).
