He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Wukovich and Mary Wukovich (Heleshitz); his wife Alice Lorraine Wukovich; and his siblings, Mildren King, Mike Wukovich, Nicholas Wukovich and Anna Urbank.
He is survived by: his children, Theodor (Celeste Wukovich, Jr.), Michael John (Vielka Wukovich), Philip (Paula Wukovich) and Deborah; his son-in-law Mike Faryna of Donora; his sister Rosemary; and his brother-in-law Stephen Berkich of Fallowfield Twp. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
