He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Petrosky Sr. and Thelma Shazer Petrosky; his wife Katherine Petrosky; and his brother Donald Petrosky. He is survived by: his sons, Melville Lee Petrosky of Perry Twp, Jeffery A. Adams (Elizabeth) of Belle Vernon and Matthew J. Adams (Rachel) of Perryopolis; his siblings, Charles W. 'Bud Petrosky Jr. of Perryopolis and Charlotte Sapko of Rostraver Twp; and his grandchildren, Victoria Martin, Jackson Adams, Donovan Martin, Lynnlee Geary, Jaycee Lou Adams and Harper Lee Adams.
The Family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Ronald Lee Petrosky to St. Jude's Hospital or in the form of a donation to the Perry Girl's Softball League.
