He is survived by: his wife Paula Moats Matthews of North Charleroi; his sons, Drew and Cole Matthews; and his siblings-in-law, Deanna Sullenberger (Robert) of Fallowfield Township, Paul Moats (Renee) of Camp Hill, PA and Vincent Moats of Fallowfield Township.
