He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Scaglione and Anna DeRose Scaglione; his wife Romaine Boyce Scagline; and his children, Russell H. Boyce, Wanetta 'Pete Scagline and Paul T. Scagline.
He is survived by: his children, Helen Evans of Belle Vernon, Samuel Scagline of Charleroi, Paula, Danny McPartland of Greensburg, Mary Henderson of Charleroi and Frances Scagline of Dawson; his brothers, Frank Scaglione of Belle Vernon and Thomas; and his sister-in-law Joan Scaglione of Belle Vernon. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, 12 great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
