She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell E. Wilkinson and Martha Keefer Wilkinson; her husband Marvin P. Radek; her son Karl M. Radek; and her brother Samuel M. Wilkinson.
She is survived by: her children, Paul M. Radek of Belle Vernon, Ray R. Radek of Belle Vernon, Lawrence F. Radek and Dianne J. Radek of Donora; and her grandson Jacob R. Radek.
