He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Spina and Mary Marasco Spina; his brother Frank Spina; and his nephew Jeremy Spina. He is survived by: his wife Sally Ann Choker Spina; his daughter Vicki Lynne Spina of Adah; his granddaughter Gaby Marie Vilchek; his sister-in-law Mary Jo Spina of Claysville; his aunt Carol Spina of Monessen; and his extended family Ontario.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to the Teddy Bear Connection, Carmichaels, PA.
