It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Konsugar (Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania), born in North Charleroi, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 30, 2018, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, John Konsugar and Carolyn Maglet Konsugar; his wife Nancy; his daughters, Lisa Dacko (Jason) of Newell and Jennifer Dudzinski (Jonathan) of Belle Vernon; his stepchildren, Thomas Santo (Candace) of Perryopolis, Todd Kostelac of Belle Vernon and Elizabeth Siller (Mike) of Baltic, Conn.; and his siblings, Marcy Wilson (David), Bruce Konsugar and Brian Konsugar.
