He is survived by: his wife Frances Hayduk Koschalk; his children, Douglas Koschalk of Baltimore, MD and Nicole (Greg Adametz) of Perryopolis, PA; his grandchildren, Bella, Elliott, Remi Koschalk, Grace and Gavin Adametz; his sister Linda Field; his niece Lauren Bellon of Nevada; his nephews, John Field of New Jersey and Matthew Field of Arizona; his sister-in-law Susan Wolfe Hayduk of Maryland; and his nephews, Paul Hayduk Jr. of Oregon and Matthew Hayduk of Virginia.
