He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert P. Elliott and Sarah Madaline Bedillion Elliott; his wife Melissa Ann Elliott; his great grandchild Cora Mae Marks; and his siblings, Pearl Decker, Patricia Skolyak, Russell Bird, Robert Elliott and James Elliott.
He is survived by: his children, Staci Jo Tedrow of Speers and Harry Joseph Elliott, Jr. (Alaina Collins) of Speers; his sister Ella Louise Ailes of California; his sisters-in-law, Marlene Elliott of West Newton, Vickie Jones (Jerry) of Washington, June Bird of Plymouth, MI and Rebecca Partozoti (Rich) of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Melissa Marks (Ty), Matt Tedrow (Chea Salazar), Harry Joseph Elliott III and Sophie Ann Elliott; and his great grandchild Connor Marks.
