Wiggins of Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 19, 2025 at the age of 83, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Wiggins and Lillian Waters Wiggins; his sisters, Lorraine Pavlovich, Bernadine Roman and Mona Vavrek; his niece Susan Hlebinsky; his brothers-in-law, Vince Frammartino, Tom Hlebinsky, Tom Vavrek, Tony Roman, Frank Pavlovich, Michael J. Sveda and Thomas Sveda; and his pet Rocky.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Sveda Wiggins; his sisters, Marjorie Frammartino of Masontown and Marilyn Hlebinsky of Charleston, WV; his sisters-in-law, Thelma Sveda of Fayette City and Florence Sveda of Charleroi; his nieces and nephews, David Markovich, Vince Frammartino Jr. (Lorraine), Tom Hlebinsky Jr. (Kathy), Ken Vavrek, Michael J. Sveda Jr. (Heather), Thomas Sveda Jr. (Nancy), Jack Sveda (Allyson), Aleta Bohan (Tom) and Donna Sutton; and his pet Penny.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parzynski Funeral Home - Belle Vernon (626 Broad Ave, Belle Vernon, PA 15012). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St Mary's Cemetery.
