She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Ryan Douglas (Nicole Kalakewich), Bret Michael Kalakewich of Belle Vernon and Cody Garrett Kalakewich of Las Vegas, NV; her granddaughter Londyn Nouvelle Kalakewich; and her brothers, Barry McCreary of Arnold City and Arnie Santavicca of Arnold City.
