She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Clark and Rose Curcio Clark; her husband Walter Melnick; and her brother James David Clark. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer; her son-in-law Bob Carota of Belle Vernon; her brothers, George Clark (Sabra) of Belle Vernon and Robert Clark (Carol) of Mt. Lebanon; and her close friend Annie Smoody. She is also survived by friends, family, and caregivers.
