We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2024, at the age of 89, Dolores J. Yurkovich of Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Dolores farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Dolores is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Laratta and Edith Guerra Laratta; her husband John P. Yurkovich; and her sister Marie Nelson of St. Albans, WV.. She is survived by: her son John J.; her daughter-in-law Teri Yurkovich of Evan, WV; her daughter Carol; her son-in-law Dr. George Grisnik of Southpointe; and her grandchildren, Brandon Grisnik, Jarred Donahoe and Chad Donahoe. She is also survived by five great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
