She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo Mazzei and Maria Cardamone Mazzei; her husband Frank Sefchok Sr.; and her son Jeffrey Sefchok. She is survived by: her siblings, Pete, Angelo, Dominic, John, Frank Mazzei, Josephine Marasco, Sue Touche, Theresa Sanino and Catherine Doenges; her sons, Timothy Sefchok of Montgomery Village, MD, Gary (Dian Sefchok) of Latrobe, PA and Frank Jr. (Cheryl Sefchok) of Perryopolis, PA; her daughter-in-law Athena "Tina" Sefchok of Hollidaysburg, PA; her grandchildren, Steven (Viktoriya), Gary Michael (Jayme), Justin (Olivia), Matthew, Nicholas (Danielle), Jeffery (Jessica), Ashley and Mackenzie; and her great grandchildren, Samantha, Slyer, Vincent, Isabella, Carter, Cameron, Lyla, Nina and Julia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The Family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Anita Sefchok to Leukemia Society or the American Cancer Society.
