He is survived by: his parents, Terry Scanlan and Loretta Tyson Scanlan of Lock Haven; his sons, Shane and Spencer; and his siblings, Shane Scanlan of Lock Haven, Joshua Scanlan of New York and Sheila Sechrist of Jersey Shore. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews.
